No response from Old Things

I contacted Old Things before a recent move, as I wished to sell some vintage items and needed a valuation and/ or for them to make me an offer. I was told to send photos of the items. Unfortunately I contracted Covid, so was unable to send the photos right away. However, as soon as I recovered, I sent an email through the contact form on the site. I also attached the photos as requested. No response. A week later I called, and explained that it was really urgent as the move date was getting closer. I was told they have a 2 week turn around time. Well.... we have moved, vintage items and all, and have been in our new place for a month, and still dead silence from Old Things. Pathetic.
