Worst service ever!

I would absolutely NOT recommend this business. I placed an order on 14 July 2025, hoping to receive it before 25 July for a birthday present. Their website claims delivery within 2–4 days, but that’s a complete lie. Not only did the item not arrive on time, but the company’s communication was terrible. I tried reaching out multiple times with no response. For a purchase of over R2000, this level of service is completely unacceptable. Honestly, I wish I had read the Helle Peter reviews before buying — it would’ve saved me the disappointment. If you’re expecting good service or timely delivery, do not order from this company. Total regret
