Worst service ever!!!!!!

Worst service ever. Ordered on the 28th of November it was supposed to be a birthday present for my dad. It is now the 18th of December and still no package!!! With no phone number to call the only way to reach them is through email. Ons which they don’t respond. Old school if you only give one communication method you can have the decency to please use it so we are not in the dark!!!!! This is unacceptable I will tell everybody that I know that your service is poor to non existent!!! This is by far the worst company I ordered from in South Africa!! I would be ashamed if I were you!!!
