Very poor customer service!

Very very unhappy with Old School and very poor customer service!! I ordered 2 jerseys back on the 7th November and received them quickly however one of the items I had to return because it was too big and i had to send several emails back and forth to find out the status of my order which I kept being told that it's in quality control and it was really annoying.I then decided to get I refund because it was taking too long and received back an email on the 6th December confirming that my refund will take up to 10 working days to reflect. To date I'm still waiting for my money and I been sending several emails and they never get back to you! Really disappointed in this company and I really don't know who would want to do business with them when their customer service is soo poor!
