Unfair Poor Service

I placed my order with Old School on the 26th of November 2025. I only received my order confirmation email the following day, and to date there has been no further communication from them. It's over 10 days now, I have not received my order nor a tracking order email. I have sent emails to them but they are not being responded to, and there is no contact number. And the items notify were super to be someone's birthday gift.
