The worst

Very disappointed. I ordered 24 November 2023 from Old School. They’ve send an email that the order will be delayed as they had a lot of orders, which was fine with me because I only need the parcel before Christmas. I received an email on the 12th of December that my order is going out for delivery with Aramex. I then checked the parcel to make sure that I will be able to collect it from the address I gave them as we live on a farm and need to use a farmstall so that our parcels can be delivered there. I emailed Old school again and they said they will follow up with Aramex. They said the parcel is delivered. I drove all the way to the farmstall to collect my parcel and when I came there, there was still nothing. I emailed again an again, tried to call Aramex myself but no one answered or rep****. Old school still didn’t send any update to me yet after they said itself delivered. It shows on the aramex tracking that the parcel is still in PE and not been delivered yet. I wanted to give this parcel for my husband for Christmas. I needed to buy another present for him as old school don’t answer my emails. I still don’t have my parcel. I spend so much money and no parcel or reply yet. How is this fair? I will never use them again and hope that this situation will be solved so that I can receive my parcel.
