Returns process abysmal, stock values incorrect on website

Returns process is abysmal, be very careful when you order.

I ordered limited edition shoes for my husband for Valentine's day, the FOM shoes seem like they are a bit smaller than normal shoes and I had to exchange it. I took more than a week for them to conclude the returns process and by the point it was concluded they informed me that they don't have stock of the bigger size anymore.

I explained that the previous Friday there was still stock available on the website when I checked and that the courier already arrived on the Friday so why did they only conclude my return on the Monday after having run out of stock. They then explained that their website stock values are not always up to date, which is even more alarming because that means you can buy something that they actually don't have, then you either have to get store credit to buy something else from them or wait several days for them to give you your money back.

I try to support local businesses but these guys seem extremely amateur, I will avoid them in future.
