Poor service

We are extremely disappointed with the service. We placed an online order for two rugby jerseys on 1 December as prizes for a competition. Two weeks later, when following up, we were told that they could not locate our order, even though the order confirmation number was given. After they eventually found the order, we were told it would be dispatched within a week. On delivery, only one size was included, and we were asked to provide banking details for a refund via email. Since then, we have sent numerous emails asking whether the missing size will be reordered, if we can wait for new stock, or what sizes are currently available. Unfortunately, all responses have been standard template replies that do not address our questions, and there is no contact number to speak to anyone directly. The explanation that orders are only placed if sufficient demand exists (3–4 weeks) does not answer our question of whether we can wait or what stock is available. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, particularly as this was for a prize, leaving our competition winner disappointed and reflecting poorly on our agency. Based on our experience, we will not be ordering from this supplier again.
