Poor Service

This business is not serious. They don't even deserve a single star. My order was placed on the 26th of November, and only 20 days later and after a number of times trying to reach out to them, they send an email that some of the items I ordered are out of stock. Worse, I have not even received the items in stock yet. Their communication and service is poor and disappointing. Never again will I buy from them!
