Poor communication and still not received refund.

I recently placed an order with Old School on 30 November 2025. After a week with no updates, I emailed and was told the order was “unfulfilled” but to give it up to 10 working days. I waited as requested. After 13 working days, I was then informed that the main item (SA Supporters Mid Field LS Rugby Jersey – Green) was actually out of stock and that a refund had supposedly been processed. I also had to follow up separately about the hat and shipping fee. I was told on 19 December that the refund would take up to 10 working days, but as of 3 January 2026 I still haven’t received it. I understand busy periods happen, but the communication, stock management, and follow-up on the refund were really disappointing. I hope they improve this process going forward, because this experience has made me hesitant to order again.
