Pathetic customer service

Absolutely pathetic customer service. I ordered online on the 20th of November with the intention of avoiding the Black Friday rush. Exactly a month later and I still had not received my order. I’d sent 7 follow up emails, instagram and Facebook DMs and commented on posts. I do not recommended EVER ordering online with this brand. They’d rather oversell and underdeliver than try to keep their customers happy. I had to go in store on three separate occasions, with the last visit to the Hazelwood branch where they had stock of my online order - I took it from there but doubt I’ll ever see a R100 delivery fee refund.
