Old School - Great customer service!
Bought a sweatshirt from their waterfront store in Cape Town. After following the wash care 100%, the top shrunk very badly. I went into their Sandton store today and they were extremely helpfull, staff were great and they replaced the item with no hassle at all. Thats what customer service and satisfaction is all about! Great job guys, I will continue supporting you.
