Not only do they take forever to deliver they can't honor number of items ordered nor process refund on time!!!! I must now fight them over this, why? Why didn't they communicate they don't have the other jersey and process my refund

So after waiting forever for my order, I finally get it only to find that it's 1 item short 😡😤😡now I must go back n forth again with these ppl Old School for what? Why they never processed my refund knowing they couldn't honor delivery on the rugby supporter jersey 😒???? Mxm I'm so ****ed off 😤 😒 😑 🙄 😫 😐
