Non-existent customer support
I rarely write reviews, but I am hoping to get better customer support if I leave a complaint here. I have been trying to return and exchange my online order for days now. Your customer support is basically non existent! For a premium brand (I guess, based on the prices and the collaborations) your service is beyond poor!
