No delivery and no response to complaints.

I ordered online on the 27th of November 2025. I received a confirmation email and an update on the 30th with an Aramex shipping number. They have not delivered. The tracking number does not exist at Aramex and they are not responding to emails.

Judging from how other reviewers' messages have been ignored, I am starting to think this is how they operate.
