No customer service

I placed an order for two clothing articles on 17 December 2024 and paid an additional amount of over R400 for delivery by DHL Expresss Worldwide. A week later, notwithstanding three e-mail enquiries (because telephone number is available), I have not yet received a tracking number to confirm that my package was sent, nor any other reaction on my queries from their customer support. And it is definitely not a case that their merchandise are cheap...Be warned to think twice before ordering anything from this crowd!!
