Old school should please try for another courier company and use better communication skills. What do you mean that I paid for my parcel last Monday and up to the yesterday one i still do not have a tracking number nor any sort of communication regarding my parcel and I sent out any email since they do not have contact numbers still no reply. Its really frustrating and unprofessional..
