Ghosted by Old School SA

Placed order on 28 November 2025, allegedly on its way 3 Dec. - courier company says they never received parcel, and Old School says it is with the courier company. I enquired on 9 December for the first time at ***, but no solution has been found yet. I need this by 17 Dec as we leave on holiday early the next day. It is a Christmas gift! I am not happy with the follow-up on my enquiry at all.
