Extremely disappointed

I placed an order on Black Friday for 3 shirts. Received no delivery information and eventually sent an email stating that they are busy with the Black Friday orders. After a reply stating that I am going on leave, I received my delivery on Monday the 15th of December. I opened the package on the 17th only to discover that I received only 2 of the 3 items ordered and paid for. I sent an email immediately with three further follow up emails. To date I've received no response. I' ve even sent messages via Facebook messenger, Instagram and commented on Facebook as have many other people. This was Christmas gifts. I had to buy an additional shirt in store.
