Expensive with POOR service

The worst service EVER!!! I sent and paid for an exchange to be done, 3 weeks later and there's still no communication. There's no number that one can call to reach out to you guys. Emails are just ignored. I would NEVER recommend anyone to buy from these guys. They are very ***********. R2000 down the drain.
