Disappointing Service

Old School (Clothing) – Beware or Be Disappointed I placed and paid for an order of Christmas gifts on 26 November, allowing more than enough time for delivery before Christmas. On Saturday, 13 December, I received only half of my order. I immediately contacted Old School and was told they would investigate. On Monday, 15 December, I was informed that the missing item was out of stock. No apology was offered, nor was any alternative solution suggested. This situation left me in a very difficult position with my Christmas gifts, despite ordering well in advance. I am now facing a frustrating process to obtain a refund for the undelivered item. Based on this experience, I will not be ordering from Old School again anytime soon, and I would advise others to think carefully before doing so.
