Bad service from Old school ltd

Good day,

I ordered a springbok jersey in the old school site. I received a confirmation of payment and a WhatsApp to track my order.. Until to date I haven't received any link and I sent a message to Carla who referred me to the support email and no luck with them. I am not getting any response please help!!!! Very bad service
