Poor customer service.

I have recently purchased a jacket from Old school and at first i was pleased,but after the first time washing the jacket the zipper completely broke. I have sent 3 emails to the support group of Old school and till this day I haven't received a single email from them on how to fix this problem. I am really upset with the customer service from Old school.
