Complaint about Nicks Food Spar King Williams Town

Afternoon sir or madam, on the 16 Nov past 15h00 to 16h00 I bought 1(12) pack of quali juice and expeired date is 30 December 2020 for my kids for lunch packs at school. On the 03 Dec 2020 I return the juice because the juice has frog eggz and I was assited by the 2 guys and I know 1 Mr Wonga Peter saying to me he cant help me because I dont have slip also its my fault because I didnt refrigerate and I decided to left the 8 juice at the store.

Also in my understanding the juice were in a room temperature. How can I kept till slip from 16th November 2020 to 03 December 2020.

I did consult Nicks Food Spar via Facebook complaining and no response.

Can you please assist me in this matter.
