Zone fitness and old mutual *******!!!

Old mutual and zone fitness gym, they running a promotion where you go to the gym for 6 conservative months for atleast 6 times a month and now that I’ve finally reached my goal and I’m trying to get the report from the email address provided they giving me a report that’s only from October when I started in September in fact August! Me and my partner are on my account however they now don’t want to send me his report!!!
