Zero customer service from Old Mutual

It seems that Old Mutual is only concerned to sell their products to us and not one bit concerned about client service. During 2011 I logged a complaint and was advised that I will only be eligible for payment from age 55. I contacted them immediately after my 55th birthday and was given excuses after excuses until finally they stopped replying.
