Zero Customer service
Trying to make a withdrawal from Old Mutual TFSA. Online support & telephonic enquiries says processing and payout takes 5 days once all docs are received (including running around to get the docs stamped by commissioner of oaths) . I send docs Tues.10th Sept. heard NOTHING , had to follow up -was told on Thurs. it will be done by Monday /Tuesday . This morning after ANOTHER follow up , told no it takes 14 WORKING DAYS!! (its MY money) . Been waiting for a manager Sandy to get back to me .
