Zero customer service

I tried calling Old Mutual for assistance to register on their internet app but no answer. Only Electronic answering voices and after 3-4 minutes of holding on it cuts me off. I've tried calling them 4 times and had the same experience.

Customer service bad. Nobody to pick up the phone and assist customers.
