Zero customer care

Worst customer care ever. You are transfered from post to post with no assistance. Kept on hold for more than 40 min when I requested for a manager, can't access any of my policies, told my app login details are in someonelse name. Every department fails to assist and tells me to wait till Tuesday. I guess the *****ulent isuues goin on under my profile doesn't bother them and they feel no urgency to my issues. I regret deeply opening funeral and life policy here. Things are quick when u sign up and you receive garbage customer service
