ZERO CUSTOMER CARE

I have been trying to get hold of old mutual customer care since last weekend, today I've been on hold for over 30 minutes but nothing. I want to withdraw from my tax free account and all these other people from old mutual I've been talking to speak to me as if I'm trying to sell them something. Old mutual really is disappointing. How the hell can a person hold for over 30 minutes and still no ****** help?!!! Sies maan and it's not like that stupid app has an option where one can withdraw funds onlin
