ZERO assistance or responses

Since March I have been trying to get assistance from OMSuperfund. They ignore emails and they ignore attorneys letters. The call centre doesnt help either and I went to a branch and sent me away saying i must send my ex spouse to branch. Lodged a complaint on their website since no one is assisting, someone called me and promised to call me back and still nothing.

why doesnt OM respond to claims ? and why do they not comply to attorney letters ?

Can someone assist me ?
