You need to improve

Very useless my account is temporarily suspended because its been two months i havent used it i call them in callcentre this woman instead of saying how can i help you she said mhmmm anyway i was asking her to activate my account she said i have to go into the branch what happens to stay at home unless its very important to go outside(lockdown rules) so i no longer need it il stil use my current account
