You have to check on Old Mutual every month!

I have a small annuity that pays a small amount into my banking account on a monthly basis. This stopped happening in October last year. (Again)<br> <br> I subsequently started phoning Old mutual, TO NO AVAIL. I was placed on hold (X3), passed to another consultant (X3), told to dial another number (many times), told that they cannot find the policy (X2), and told that it is impossible to find the policy, as the number has changed.<br> <br> I feel that it is not my responsibility to keep check of Old Mutual's poor admin. <br>
