****y, Rude employee from Old Mutual Centurion mall

Good day I was treated so badly at Old Mutual Centurion mall by a lady at the reception today on 13 February 2024 around lunch time. I noticed her bad attitude and hence I requested another employee to assist me as she was calm. As I was talking to the lady who was professional, the rude Old Mutual employee kept on talking about me as if I am not there. I told her that I want to be assisted by the other lady and she said loudly that she was not talking to me. I sat down and waited to be called. After I was assisted I asked the other employees to give me her name so I can logde a complaint at old mutual but they refused to give me her name. But one of the employees told me that I should report her. So I shot a picture of her so I can forward it to Old Mutual so they can be able to identify their employees. After I did that she stood up and confronted me, she got out of old mutual she was ready to assault me so I asked her are you fighting with me? But she later went back to old mutual as she noticed people were watching. I have never been treated so cheap in my life. She treated me like a begger, like a dog and I have been with old mutual for +-17yrs. I feel like I should cancel my retirement annuity and cancel my funeral policies and go elsewhere where clients are valued. Old Mutual Centurion mall I will never set my foot there.
