Wrong savings account
On march 2024 I opened a saving account with old mutual of the value of R500 deductions on a monthly from my salary straight from work but to my surprise the ID number, surname and initials are not correct. Then I went to old mutual protea glen mall only to be taken from pilar to post till date. I spoke to on of the Manager consultants(Smangele) and she told me that they will fix the problem and an email was sent to head office but she told me not to stop the payment. They are still deducting the amount of R500 till date.
