Wrong sale of Unit Trusts- No accountability!!!!

I am so disappointed in the service received from Old Mutual Wealth.

I sent through an instruction form for the sale of some Unit Trusts- It took about 2 weeks and several wrong forms being sent before they finally did any changes.

They then sold/ liquidated the wrong unit trusts and now say they cannot reverse the action.

Terrible service with unnecessary high fees!
