wrong information

when I took the policy they adviced me to take max investment because it is the best plan according to their adviser on my surprise when I login to my portfolio my investement is not showing any growth instead the premiums I have paid they also short no interest I don't understand this investment according to the adviser it should have annual interest of which I believe it should be showing on my portfolio
