Wrong debit order date
When i open my policy with Old mutual, I clearly stated that i want my policy debit order to go through on the 3rd of every month and it was agreed it will. The debit order is now processed on the 30th/last day of the month for the 3rd month now and no one ever contacted me in this disregard.
