Wrong cover, deductions and no responses

<p>I took a burial policy with old mutual more than 10 years ago. They never gave me a contract. I found out the contract was not what was discussed with me by Zukiswa, I have been writing complaints and visiting old mutual offices in vain I have been batantly ignored.
