Wrong amount Withdrawn

On the 22/12/2020 I request a withdrawal for R6000 and reference number for my request is CEA***, only to be surprised on the 31/12/2020 by the sms that was showing that I have been credited with the hole amount from my tax free that I did not request, this is very disappointing as I will not be earning any interest anymore because of the incompetence of the people who took the money out that was not requested, I need to find out how are you going handle this issue as I am supposed to be earning Interest.
