Wrong adverti*****t, misleading information

On the 30 January 2018 I went to Old Mutual in Pretoria CBD(Pretmed Building) to cancel my investment with them. They promised that their turnaround time for payments is 5 days (Ref: CEB ********** 025) till today I haven't received my money. Yesterday I phone the consultant that assisted and she said I must be patient the 5 days is not over they will pay before close of business. This is very unacceptable, I begin to question the service of their bank if it is reliable, in fact I regret switching my salary to Old Mutual Money Account. Till today there's no money paid, I'm struggling to maintain my family.
