Wow I'm really disappointed, I don't even feel like sharing this in words I want to shout and scream at someone at the old mutual offices in pinelands
Wow I'm really disappointed, I don't even feel like sharing this in words I want to shout and scream at someone at the old mutual offices in pinelands.Why is this happening? Someone is reassigned to my late mom's claim and let me Say it again this is the 3rd person in a year that's busy with my mom's claim ,while we busy with the claim the Person goes Awall.Pls pls stop what u guys are doing stop treating us my mom's kids like we nothing,like we uneducated and don't deserve her funds Well that's the message we get I'm sick and tired of old mutual playing us like we ******s we not ******s.I will Google who the trustees is and I will send an email this is wrong on so many levels.I'm disgusted

23 Oct 2021, 10:50Hi good day the lady Mrs Kulsoem Bassier Hendricks is the one that was reassigned to my mom's case now we trying to get hold of her as well I mean it's not fare nobody cares that we are struggling financially Yes it's not a lot or millions of rands but it is our mom's funds and old mutual is making us so suspicious about this whole situation this whole year it's someone phoning me back Only because I send emails over and over again where is the ops managers who is this women going awall I have all the proof of numerous people responding to my emails and as I'm made aware of all calls is recorded so what is the issue then
