Worts and most pathetic service

This has been the most pathetic service i have recieved from old

mutual. I would not be able to recommended to anyone! Due to lack of service and constant excuses we cant go ahead with our home loan for the last 3months! I have been paying since Sept 2020 and this is what i pay for? Not even headoffice can assist me?!
