WORST SERVICE - STILL WAITING FOR MY DISINVESTMENT FUNDS

I initiated an disinvestment on whatsapp on the 02 August 2021. I then went to the branch last week wednesday to find out when my money will be paid out. I call the call centre and i am being sent from pillar to post. Today is the 16th of August and I still have not received my money. OLD MUTUAL CAN YOU PAY ME MY MONEY PLEASE!!!!!!!. I am definitely cancelling my policy because of this
