Worst Service Provider ever!
I have requested a withdrawal from my investment on Wednesday the 4th September 2024, then I called back to follow up on Friday the 6th September and I kept on being transferred from one department to another without being assisted and finally, the agent picked up and advised she can not see my request for withdrawal on the system and that she will request withdrawal for me then I can contthe branch to cancel the one I have already requested.
Then I have advised her not to until I know if the one I am querying about has been processed.
Then just after I have dropped the line I got the sms regarding my claim being processed and that same will take 3-5 days.
Then whenever I try to contand follow up as to whether there's a duplicate or not, I am unable to reach them.
Until this morning I got hold of a stupid Agent by the name of Abu who refused to give out his surname saying their system is down and refused for to speak to manager and refused to contact me back.
Old mutual is very bad company trying to rob people of their hard earned monies.
I will never recommend it to anyone and willing to take this matter further
When I woke up this morning checking my app on my investment acc, my requested funds were gone but not paid in my account.
After I have requested for withdrawal at Westgate branch I suspected ***** since I didn't not get the reference number and contacted Head Office but they failed to assist me.
And now I am so heart broken that my hard saving money is gone.
And I really needed funds for my personal reasons.
I still remember the agent assistant me, he insisted that he opens account for me and that the funds will be paid out in that account.
Old mutual I need my fund now.
