Worst service provider - DONT THINK OF USING THEM

Disgusting service. I am more than disappointed at how I am being treated at Old mutual. I submitted a funeral claim last week Wednesday and I am still waiting to date for the pay-out. I have been requested for the same document almost 5 times already. CEA*** - Still has not been finalised, yet they are very happy to deduct money from my account every month. I am really disgusted, I am cancelling my life cover as well as the other covers that I have with them. I had to stress while grieving 💔
