WORST SERVICE ON THE PLANET

For such a reputable company I am absolutely appalled with the service I have been receiving from my "Financial Advisor", it has taken him almost 2 months to update a simple thing like my beneficiary list. Old Mutual really has to take a good look at the people who they are employing as they are dragging your company's name through the mud. I wish I never ever took out any policies with you guys.
