Worst service of the decade

Old mutual is the worst company I've ever come across. They have wasted my time telling me different things while looking for 1 thing. I went there in March for investment withdrawal and even today I haven't received any assistance. Been there couple of times with no assistance n their helpline number rings forever without any answer. Today I went there n was turned back by receptionist in Giyani bcz I didn't have my ID n I had to go back, imagine just for ID whereas they had my fingerprints or biometric. Decided to cancel all my Old Mutual policies and take them to liberty where I've never had to suffer when withdrawing my money. If you looking to suffer, keep your money with Old Mutual.
