Worst service, it sucks

Old mutual money account department can't even call you as a customer to give you an update about the refund process from wish.com, I have to write an email & ask them if I did not ask they just keep quiet, I'm still waiting for another update date, I have two policies with old mutual plus I'm banking with them, I'm their customer, I should be their priority, I'm really not happy with the service it sucks.
