Worst Service in South Africa

How many queries should I log before you come back to me??? 2 weeks ago someone phoned me and told me they will give me feedback , I have heard nothing since then. Last week someone called me but could not assist because the system was off but promised to call me back later that day and again nothing. What kind of people do you employ there??? Your service is non existent.<br> <br> Almost 3 months ago I have requested a withdrawal from my pension fund and still have not received the money.
